Friday, we were guests at
GIGA TV in Cologne. The GIGA Team kindly invited us to present our website in their show “
Play digital home”. They gave us the chance to introduce our product, also to show how to handle tools for flash. So we decided to get me (I felt impelled to do it.) into the show, and my team found out, that I am a gorgeous entertainer.
I talked about PlayMyGame and answered questions the spectators posted in the “Play digital home” forum.
We would like to thank Cristina, the volunteer of GIGA, for guiding us during our stay, Vio and Gregor the hosts of the show, who obviously had fun with the
boxing game (poor Vio), and trainee Frederic, who invited us to a sight seeing tour through the GIGA Studios last but not least the whole GIGA Team that welcomed us very kindly.

Hitflip had the nice idea of exchanging “startup - t-shirts”. Of course we followed the
request and sent one of
our orange shirts to Hitflip and a few days later we received one of their’s. Thanks for that.

We have released an updated version of our startscreen. That's the screen you see before playing a game. Instead of just a blank screen you will now see a screenshot out of the actual game with the individual picture in it. Furthermore you are now able to directly share your game out of the startscreen or personalize it with another picture. Here is a Screenshot of the new startscreen for the boxing game:

The past week has been very busy since we launched PlayMyGame. We had a lot of media work to do, gave some interviews and are still looking for talented
flash designers and PHP programmers.
Of course we are also working nonstop on PlayMyGame itself to make it even more fun and easier for you to use.
At the moment we are working on more languages. In the next few days we will release PlayMyGame in 7 new languages,
so stay tuned!

The first blog has written an
article about us and we are lucky it is a big blog: Mashable.
Stan Schroeder writes in his article that it is a "simple but fun idea" and that the site "works very simple". So our first feedback is very positive which is a very good feeling after all the hard work we put into it. Schroeder also states that there are noticable bugs in our alpha version, like the language problem.
So we have more work to do.

We just launched PlayMyGame in an alpha version for the public, what a moment. Finally, after 8 months of planning, writing, scatching, programming and designing we can show you our new platform, which hopefully will bring you a lot of fun times! The first eMails to pro bloggers have been sent out and we are hoping that we will get some good coverage and reactions from you guys!
